The State Equipment Fleet has partnered with Voyager Fleet Systems as the sole provider for the SEF fleet fuel card. The Voyager Fleet Card is accepted by most major branded oil companies, and numerous retail chains and independent merchants at more than 220,000 retail locations in all 50 states and many locations throughout Canada. Voyager cards are currently accepted at over 500 fueling and maintenance merchant locations throughout Alaska. The new credit cards can be used for all types of fuels, car washes, emergency repairs, and automotive related items and services.

All new fuel cards will be active and ready for use upon receipt of cards.

Fleet fuel credit cards are for Official State of Alaska Use Only while operating any State of Alaska owned motor vehicle or piece of equipment. All users are responsible for knowing their department’s policy regarding the use of the fleet fuel cards and abide by those policies. All purchases made with the card are the responsibility of the using department, including misuse and abuse.

The current Corporate Fleet Vehicle MasterCard issued through 1st National Bank Alaska will be cancelled on January 25, 2008 and will not be valid after this date. Please destroy all old cards.

Lost Card Replacement Charge

The charge for replacement of a lost fuel card was suspended during the implementation of the new card program. Effective March 1, 2008 the fee program for the replacement of a lost card will be reinstated. End users departments will be direct billed the $40.00 fee
